Connecting with coaches, shared self assessment tools between the coaches and athletes, will show the progression to coaches and to the athletes on what are the parts he is doing good and what he needs to improve, and all of this will be tracked and stored in the players profile.
Does Phase 1 include Social Media integrations?

What is the difference between the posts on Home & Resources?
On the home page you see only the 5 recent posts, in the resources section you can search for older posts by using keywords of the topic that interests you. If you do not find any articles about the topic that you are looking for, you can use the feedback form to submit your request to add a specific topic related article. Our team will review and post related articles to the suggested topic.
In the Phase 2 of the app development, the section will include free and paid resources of sport academies, nutritionists, sport psychologists, fitness trainers, personal development and more. Sport persons on our platform will be able to apply to share or sell their programs. (free & paid materials) For athletes it is the go to place to acquire new knowledge or master their existing skills.

On this page the player is able to see his daily motivational and inspirational quotes, journal subscription dates, the current goals set in the “Goals” section and the first 3 points from the “To do” list.
All activities
The athlete will be able to see all the completed tasks made in the journal such as set goals, upload pictures, completed competitions, etc.
To Do
What is the To do page?
On this page, athletes are able to see the tasks schedules for the same day and the current week. The Player's objective is to complete all the steps from the To do list.
Statistics
The statistics section includes 4 different charts, skill wheel analysis, skill analysis, competition analysis and training analysis. Each section tracks different metrics and has personalized objectives.
Skill wheel analysis chart shows the average results of the athletes skills wheel evaluation.
Skill analysis chart shows the athlete’s trends. The athlete will be able to track his or her trends based on the evaluated components from the skill wheel section.
Competition analysis chart shows the correlation between emotions and an athlete's performance. It is a very important chart to analyze since it will give a clear view on how your emotions impact your performance during competitions.
Training analysis chart shows the correlation between emotions and the athlete’s performance in training.

Working Zone
What is the working zone page?
This is the most important section of the journal dashboard. The following section includes all the working parts for the athlete's mental progression. You will find 7 parts such as goals, workout, training, skill wheel, competition, photo and settings.
Goals Section
The purpose of the “Goals” section is to set your short, medium and long term goals based on the sport you practice. In this section you will be able to see your accomplished, expired and pending goals.
In order to set your first goal.
You need to press the “+” button. (click on +)
Fill the title section of your goal. The title should be short and clear for you to understand. It could be for example “ No excuses”, “Qualify for the national team” or “Achieve the black belt” if you're practicing a type of martial arts and so on.
Then, in the description field, you need to provide more information about the goal and how are you going to achieve it?
Finally, it is important to have deadlines. Based on your goal, select the applicable dates.
Once your goal is saved, you will see it under the goals section. Pay attention that you will see 3 colors, green once achieved, red once expired and orange when it is pending. When it is pending, you see how many days are left based on the deadline you set yourself.
Rest reassured even after setting your goal, you can always come back and edit it.
Click on the goal you wish to modify.. You can edit all parts of your goal by clicking on the pen icon in the top right corner.
You have the option to add 4 additional questions or a custom one by clicking on the “+” at the bottom of the page..

Workout Section
The “Workout” section is the place to keep your personal workout plans.
The athletes are able to keep track of their workouts by filling the list of exercises they must do and when. and when. This section will help to keep track of when it is completed and record everything the progress.
To get started click on the “+” icon.
Type your workout name, as well as how many times per week this workout must be completed. Once you have filled all the fields, click on “save”.
Now! Click on your workout. On this page, you need to add a series of exercises that are part of this program.
Click on “+”.
Then enter the exercise name and the amount of repetitions. Enter as many exercises as you need for your workout. Once it is completed click to save it.
You can come back to this page after completing your workout to check mark the date to keep track of how many times you have completed this workout this week.
Skill Wheel Section
The “Skill Wheel” section is a self-evaluation tool with the 4 pillars of development, The technical, tactical, physical, and mental.
The athletes can do this on a monthly or weekly basis, to complete an overall player skill wheel evaluation by selecting his or her level of performance or competency on a scale 1 to 10 on each component. The overall objective is to have a full balanced circle in all components of development.
To get started click on the “+” icon.
Then for each component you have to select the applicable number level on the scale 1 to 10 (1 being average and 10 being excellent). If you are not sure which pillar of development, you can click on the “learn more” button below to view the whole description.
Once you have completed all your four pillars, click on the “save” button to see the results.

Training Section
The training section is the day to day working zone for an athlete to self evaluate on pre-training and post-training, goals and assess his emotions.
To get started you will have to select the days that you usually have training on. You will receive the same day notification to set your goals. You can also add extra training days if needed.
In order to prepare for your first training,
Click on “+” icon. The date will be filled automatically.
Assess your level of motivation and fatigue from 1 to 10
Choose your emotional state emoji’s
Once you’ve completed that, click on save
Now, you need to add your goals for the training.
Click on “today’s training”
Next to the goals section, click on “+”
Fill in your first goal and click on the check mark
Repeat that step for all other goals
Once done, click on the “X”
You are now ready for your training session Once you have finished your training, you always have 24h to do your post-training evaluation. To do so,
Click on your training
Navigate to “post-training”
Click on the pen icon
Rate your performance and focus during the training from 1 to 10
Assess your emotional state
You can also answer the optional question and add any important notes
Click on save

Competition Section
The competition section is for the athlete to fill the upcoming competitions by completing pre-competition and post-competition evaluations, assess his or her emotions and set goals.
To get started,
Click on “+” icon
Type the title of your next competition
Input the date
Type any other important information
Click on save.
Now you need to complete your pre-competition assessment. Please note that the pre-match assessment should be completed on the day of your competition. To fill your goals,
Click on the competition
Click on the pen icon
Assess your level of motivation and fatigue from 1 to 10.
Choose your emotional state
In the goals section, click on “+”

To change the email associated with your MySportLink account follow the steps based on your case:
If you have access to your existing email, please follow these steps:
Sign in to your account within the app.
Navigate to the account settings by clicking on the profile icon
Under Account Info, click on Edit
Follow the steps to finalize the process
If you have lost access to your email, please contact us at support@mysportlink.com . In your message, provide the following details:
Your full name.
Your old email address linked to the account.
The new email address you wish to use going forward.
Our support team will then assist you in updating the email associated to your MySportLink app account.
